Added missing `aria-label` attributes to file creation inputs, tag inputs, and the inline "Add tag" icon button in the Rust template renderer (`templates.rs`). These elements previously relied solely on visual placeholders or text symbols, which is inaccessible to screen readers. Co-authored-by: dezren39 <11225574+dezren39@users.noreply.github.com>

I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down. I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job! 💡 What: Added
aria-labels to thenew-file-name,tag-add-key,tag-add-valueinputs and the+tag addition button.🎯 Why: Screen reader users could not understand the purpose of these inputs as they only relied on visual placeholders or symbols (e.g.
+) without programmatic labels.📸 Before/After: Visual presentation is completely unchanged.
♿ Accessibility: Ensures that screen readers can announce the purpose of the new file input and the inline tag editor components. Also logged critical learning in
