This course provides an introduction to key machine learning principles and concepts, used in Natural Language Processing (NLP), a field concerned with automatic processing of “natural” (human) language. The course will introduce state-of-the-art machine learning methods in the context of addressing various basic NLP tasks and more advanced NLP applications.
