@pfultz2 Looks like some of those unused parameters in valueflow.cpp could be removed.

I had to fix up oss-fuzz/main.cpp in multiple iterations since the line breaks in the signature caused not all parameters to be reported at once. I filed llvm/llvm-project#57873 upstream about that.
