Rotates the calendar for the November 3 releases: 2.39 mainline, 2.38 stable, 2.37 security support, 2.36 out of support, and the newest patch per line (v2.38.6, v2.37.10, v2.36.12, v2.35.12, v2.34.18, v2.29.26). Rotates the release calendar for today's releases (2.39 mainline, 2.38 stable, 2.37 security support, 2.36 out of support, newest patch per line) and bumps the Helm install examples and Rancher version picker to 2.39.0 mainline / 2.38.6 stable. The latest-ESR link moves to v2.34.18.
Versions are taken from the live tag list. Statuses match the support rotation already applied to the docs site in coder/docs-engine#305.
A sibling PR backports this to release/2.39 so the 2.39 docs line picks it up at v2.39.1.
