Coder Tasks have been removed, so the coder_report_task tool and the status reporting pipeline behind it no longer serve a purpose. Remove the tool from toolsdk, the task reporter, AgentAPI screen watcher, and agent socket wiring from `coder exp mcp server`, and the report-task prompt, allowed tool, and env from `coder exp mcp configure claude-code`. Drop the now-unused cliutil queue and the agentapi-sdk-go dependency. BREAKING CHANGE: `coder exp mcp server` no longer accepts --app-status-slug, --ai-agentapi-url, or --socket-path, and `coder exp mcp configure claude-code` no longer accepts --claude-app-status-slug or --ai-agentapi-url.
