MinimalUser now has email, but VisibleUser-backed joins still could not populate it. AI Bridge initiators and template version created_by stayed empty.
Add email to the
visible_usersview, project created_by_email on template_version_with_user, and thread it through ListAIBridgeSessions and template version conversion so those MinimalUsers get real emails.
