Part 1 of the documentation updates for standalone AI Gateway deployment.
Adds a guide for running AI Gateway as a standalone process or Kubernetes workload, including key management, Helm deployment, health checks, traffic routing, scaling, migration, rollback, and API compatibility. Updates the existing AI Gateway setup, proxy guidance, and documentation navigation to link to the new guide.
