Following up deflaking PRs #61801, #59857, this PR re-enables the
hour_of_code_finishUI test on Safari.After the deflaking PRs were merged, I viewed the UI test results in SauceLabs the past 2 days, and don't see a test failure on iPad nor on iPhone 🎉 .
