fix unicorn PID directory creation [hotfix]

Integrate CloudFormation stack using `stack:start` Rake task invoked on CI daemon server.
Provision frontend AMIs using `AMIManager` custom resource and `WebServerAMI` EC2 instance.
Deploy updates to frontends using `AutoScalingRollingUpdate` `UpdatePolicy` on CloudFormation resource.
Leave existing deployment in place during migration.

The `stopSound()` command can take zero or one parameters but it has one by default and in block mode there was no way to use it with zero parameters.  This adds param buttons so you can remove the default parameter if you wish.
