This PR paraphrases the "Thank you" message and adds a list of all contributors via GitHub PRs between the v2.0.0 release and the v3.0.0 release of @changesets/cli, excluding the new three Changeset team members (Adam, Bjorn, and Mateusz).
The list was generated with https://github.com/HiDeoo/astro-release-contributors (modified configuration for the changesets/action, changesets/format, and changesets/changesets repositories since Fri, 13 Sep 2019 22:26:30 +1000).
Unfortunately, there is no easy automated way to list all non-code contributors (like issue reporters, Discord discussion participants, etc.). But from a perspective of a contributor myself, I can confirm that a personal mention feels more honoring than one "Thank you" for all in general. Nonetheless, I'd understand the decision to keep the simplicity because of additional maintenance of such a list in future blog posts. HiDeoo's GitHub aggregation script might be able to come in handy here tho. Therefore, I'll leave this decision up to the maintainer team.
