A large minor-line Babel upgrade can shift transpilation and source-map output for the WordPress plugin build; the lockfile also moves uuid to a new major, which is low impact if unused at runtime but worth a quick build/test pass.

Overview
Updates libs/wordpress-plugin/yarn.lock so resolved @babel/core moves from 7.21.0 to 7.29.7, pulling in matching 7.29.7 @babel/* packages used by the compiler pipeline (parser, traverse, generator, helpers, etc.).

The lockfile also reflects Babel’s newer toolchain wiring: @ampproject/remapping is dropped in favor of @jridgewell/remapping, convert-source-map resolves to 2.x for core, and @babel/helper-globals appears as a traverse dependency. Transitive browser-target data bumps (browserslist, caniuse-lite, etc.) come along with updated @babel/helper-compilation-targets.

Separate from Babel, the lockfile drops @types/uuid@8.3.4 and changes the pinned uuid entry from 9.0.0 to 14.0.0 (resolution-only unless something in the tree still depends on that exact pin).
