It seems that both getMethod() and setMethod() from PDBHeader are not used. Most likely because getTechnique() and setTechnique() are doing what getMethod should be doing. Solution is to remove or deprecate for next release. I'd say that getTechnique is a perfectly good name to get the experimental method anyway.
