Changed code so that it follows password policy.
TheAlgorithms#1471

Describe your change:

The current code doesn't always generate passwords that follow the policy of passwords which are at least 1 lower, 1 upper, 1 number, and 1 special character in your password.
Added functionality so that each password generated follows the basic policy of password generation.

  • Add an algorithm?
  • Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?
  • Documentation change?
