- Fixes randn on CPU is generating the same sequences for repeated invocations #898
- Fixes af_not is not working #899
- Fixes Rank produces incorrect results #901
- Made sure the CPP API is calling C API
- The function was improperly creating identical arrays every time
- A really ugly hack because the proper version fails on OSX for no reason
