…equence and TFlite DYNAMIC_UPDATE_SLICE ONNX frontend (issue apache#20124): - Add Swish handler: x * sigmoid(beta * x), delegates to R.nn.silu when beta == 1.0 - Add ReverseSequence handler: maps to relax.op.reverse_sequence with time_axis/batch_axis attrs - CastLike and GroupNormalization handlers were already present TFlite frontend (issue apache#19412): - Add native DYNAMIC_UPDATE_SLICE handler (op code 151): builds scatter_nd index grid from constant or runtime start tensor - UNSORTED_SEGMENT_SUM and UNSORTED_SEGMENT_MAX were already present via shared _convert_segment_op path

Issues #20124 and #19412 track missing operator coverage.
Solution
ONNX: Added Swish and ReverseSequence handlers.
TFlite: Added DYNAMIC_UPDATE_SLICE handler.
Testing
Syntax validation passed. Full runtime requires TVM C++ build.
