This patch includes work discussed with @adelapena and @aboudreault in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-15663?focusedCommentId=17195546&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-17195546. To complete PYTHON-1269 I also removed
REPLACEfrom the list of reserved keywords.
