Users with nothing connected could not favorite models: the action was hidden and favorites were ignored. Behind the new-designs experiment, they now get a dedicated "Free models" picker that:

  • supports favoriting;
  • lists favorites first, then recently used models;
  • shows a detail row (no price) and connect provider / favorite actions.

DialogModel switches to it automatically when nothing is connected, so existing callers are unchanged.

In the connected picker, OpenCode's own free models move to a "Free" group at the end of the list. The right-hand "Free" label is dropped, since the detail row shows the price.

Shared model helpers move to model-options.tsx: sorting, the favorite marker and the detail row. DialogSelect gains a description prop for header subtitles.

With the experiment off, nothing changes: favorites stay unavailable until a provider is connected. Stacked on #56095.
