/oc it should be a small note at the beginning of the azure section, try not to make it super big |

Done! I've replaced the larger troubleshooting section with a small note at the beginning of the Azure section. The note now briefly mentions the content filter fix right after the section heading, making it more concise and visible to users as they start reading the Azure setup instructions. |

Perfect! The Azure documentation has been successfully updated. The docs agent added a troubleshooting section to the Azure OpenAI provider documentation that explains how to resolve the "I'm sorry, but I cannot assist with that request" error by changing the content filter from DefaultV2 to Default.
