What does this PR do?
This PR removes the experimental flag gating for the plan mode and makes it the default behavior.
How did you verify your code works?
I verified the changes locally by running the development server with
bun dev. I confirmed that the plan mode now successfully loads as the default behavior without requiring any experimental flags, and the application runs smoothly without any errors.Screenshots / recordings
