The NG0201, NG0200 and NG0203 samples on the DI troubleshooting page show
wording Angular no longer prints. They also start the path at App, which
never appears in a path built from the environment injector.

Use the current messages and start each path at the first injected service.
The four {{user().name}} templates read a plain object field, so they
become {{user.name}}.

In the hierarchical injection guide, the projected <app-inspector> gets
馃惓 from the root-provided AnimalService, not from App's viewProviders.
App has no viewProviders in that example.
