There are lots of issues being created regarding the 1.3 version in this repo.
Warning the users that this repo is for Angular 2.0 should avoid this confusion.

We should probably add this info to CONTRIBUTING.md, see: https://github.com/blog/1184-contributing-guidelines

@pkozlowski-opensource yes. We can even bring the ideas of the CONTRIBUTING.md from angular/angular.js.

IMHO for now having this info in the README.md as well would result in less 1.3 issues created in this repo. What do you think?

Ideally, github would let us customize the "new issue" wizard/form, so that we could include "Does your application use $scope? controllers? $location? File your bug at..." but since they don't, I guess this is the best we can do

CONTRIBUTING.md is the best we've got since at least GitHub will display a link to it when opening an issue.
