Set seed in the learning tests. This will take care of non-deterministic behavior of some of the learners.
NOTE: I am not sure that it resolves non-deterministic behavior across all test files. I did not have time to research how pytest works. Nevertheless, even if it does, it's not going to result in builds failing.
