I build and run the infrastructure, pipelines, and services that keep payments-critical platforms shipping safely. Over 8+ years I've moved fluidly between three seats — backend engineer, cloud/platform engineer, and AI engineer — so I design systems with the people who deploy and operate them in mind.

Most recently, as Senior DevSecOps Engineer at a global checkout platform processing payments at scale, I own:

• Cloud & IaC — Terraform across multi-account AWS; shared modules powering a core monolith plus serverless services (payment-webhook intake, auth on Cognito/Lambda/API Gateway).

• CI/CD & release governance — designed a deploy-freeze pipeline and a custom GitHub App enforcing branch-protection and merge policy as policy-as-code.

• Observability & SRE — led a production CloudWatch alarm-baseline refresh with SLO-aligned thresholds, adopted as the team standard.

• Security by design — IAM least-privilege, secrets management, signed releases, auditable approvals.

Earlier I shipped Python systems end-to-end: a forensic case platform (Django/FastAPI) with an agentic AI reporting module (LangChain + RAG + OpenAI) under UKAS audit controls; an AWS→GCP migration that cut operating cost 30%; data pipelines (Airflow, SQS, AWS Batch); and HR + virtual-card fraud systems for a 15,000-employee bank.
