This works equally well with pocketsphinx-python 0.1.5 and pocketsphinx 5.0.0rc3. That module wasn't ever meant to be accessed directly.

pocketsphinx.pocketsphinxmodule--preis added to thepipcommand-line since PocketSphinx 5 is still pre-release, it would be good to remove it if the release happens before this is merged!
