Idea for creating document for reproducing results #64

Perhaps the major functions along the pipeline (from .csv to image) can be written so that they work with the pipe %>% operator. Then each function can just write out it's own name and the arguments it was called with, with %>% in between. In doing this, I would want to take out the threadNum (TN) argument that is common to so many of the functions.
