Overview
Releases socket-cli 1.1.122 and bumps the bundled Coana CLI from 15.4.5 to 15.4.6.

package.json devDependency @coana-tech/cli and pnpm-lock.yaml are updated to match; CHANGELOG documents the Coana upgrade under the new release. There are no Socket CLI source changes in this diff—behavior for manifest generation, reachability, and socket fix follows whatever shipped in Coana 15.4.6.
