The code below still handles type resolution.

Thx for this.

But as I don't have Silverlight, if you want to see this in NuGet in the near future you need to send me a SL4 and SL5 build in the SL4 and SL5 folders at:
https://github.com/ServiceStack/ServiceStack.Text/tree/master/NuGet/lib
