Pull request overview
Updates the PowerShell 7.4 servicing changelog to include the entries for the v7.4.19 release (changes since v7.4.18), keeping the release notes and compare links current for the 7.4 line.
Changes:
- Add a new
7.4.19section with categorized entries (Engine, Tests, Build/Packaging). - Add the
[7.4.19]compare link (v7.4.18...v7.4.19) consistent with the existing changelog format.
