Redirect logged in users to discourse without having to log in #308

Why is this feature being added?
If a user is already logged in and visits discourse they will still need to log in. They should not have to.
What should your feature do?
If the user is authenticated pass the SSO params to the backend. The backend should return the URL to redirect to and the login component should redirect to that URL with no user interaction.
