Feature/102 slack inviter job endpoint - #111

Trying to keep the RESTful by using a slacks controller and the :create method. Adjusting the path name to have the API endpoint have Slack as singular.
Requires no parameters, as it passes the current user’s email address.
To be RESTful, we are creating a slack user.

Description of changes
Adds a new endpoint that, when called, invites the
current_userto slack via theSlackJobs::InviterJob.performjob.New endpoint requires authorization.
