Converted projects and solution to build under VS2013 Still using .net v2
Temporarily removed due to bug.
Had to enable package restore on solution.
Bool property added to config class that is respected in pdf generation code.
Merged with PDF page updates
Contolled via Config. hard coded Page number footer for documents over 1 page. Respects margrins.
Added optional Page number footer
