Livesync with bundle and uglify do not work #1572

Describe the bug
tns run android/ios --bundle --env.uglify do not work (app crash at first run).

To Reproduce

tns create TestApp --ng
update cli, modules, runtimes and angular to next
tns run ios --bundle --env.uglify

Expected behavior
tns run android/ios --bundle --env.uglify should work properly.
