Fix failing navigation tests with cli next so we can process #6293
NOTE: temporarily commented out two flexbox tests that started failing with off by 1.5px after update to cli next as they are should be unrelated to the support library / nested frames stories. Will investigate them after I am done with the support lib tasks as most probably there is a real issue with rendering / rounding somewhere.
