What is the current behavior?

Core is missing support for several CSS wide keywords.

What is the new behavior?

This PR adds support for the following CSS wide keywords:

• initial
• inherit (right now it works as initial for non-inherited properties)
• unset
• revert
  Implements/Closes Support CSS Property Values - inherit & unset #628.
