Pull Request Overview
This PR restructures error reference documentation files for compiler errors C3481-C3530 to follow a consistent format. The changes standardize the metadata structure and content organization across all error documentation files.
- Reorders YAML metadata fields to follow a consistent pattern (title, description, ms.date)
- Removes deprecated ms.assetid fields from the metadata
- Wraps error messages in blockquotes and adds consistent section headers
