Brings JSS 0.0.196 — which ships the regular-repo auto-init — to jspod users.
After this lands and 0.0.27 publishes,
git push <pod-url>/public/apps/<name> HEAD:mainactually deploys the working tree, so pushed files are served as HTTP resources. The "install apps via git push" pattern from #25 / #26 works end-to-end.
