Currently, moderative actions are logged if and only if they are executed using a bot command.
This PR adds the capability to log other actions as well by introspecting the audit log.
If actions are performed via bot commands, a note about that is added to the log embed and no information about the action is sent to the user per DM.
Logs from moderative actions via bot commands are not changed.
I haven't tested this with bulk-bans.
