/search-web command always fails with error #562

- Describe the bug
The /web-search command on the bot is present and I can issue this command, but it errors out with
No Results
There were no results for your search. This might be due to safe-search or because your search was too complex. Please try again.
This occurs no matter what I enter into the query parameter.
- Steps to reproduce
- Go into #bot-commands or any channel on the server
- Type in
/web-search testand press send (you can replace test with cat, java, train, radio, or whatever you want) - Observe Error Message
- Try it again and observe the same error
- Expected behavior
JavaBot reporting back with the search results based on the query
- Additional context
The API for the search function doesn't work anymore.

Looking at the log, I can confirm that it's just a 404 and the "correct" fix would be removing the command. The command is currently disabled in the Discord Java Community but I'll leave that issue open as an easy "beginner" contribution opportunity for server members.
