I don't see how this should have been working earlier due to the error pointed out.
The comments to hashnode theme apply to the other themes as well.

We need to stop sending data to umami as it's deprecated.
Since we upgraded our analytics usage to Kinesis, we will send data to our own infra.
This PR takes care of removing older usage and send correct data to newer analytics system.
