The version of google-cloud-trace needs to be fixed for all OpenCensus related demos. In this case, trace/cloud-trace-demo-app and trace/trace-python-sample can't change the dependency versions. Only the suggestion to trace/cloud-trace-demo-app-opentelemetry is eligible.
