Ubuntu 26.04 is not a released version of Ubuntu. Ubuntu follows a predictable release cycle where Long Term Support (LTS) versions are released in April of even-numbered years (e.g., 20.04, 22.04, 24.04). The next LTS version, 26.04, is not expected until April 2026. Attempting to use this tag will cause the Docker build to fail as the image does not exist in the registry. The current latest LTS version is 24.04.
