Ubuntu 26.04 is not a released version (it is scheduled for release in April 2026). This change will cause the Docker build to fail as the image tag does not exist in the registry. Additionally, major OS upgrades require auditing other version-specific configurations in the Dockerfile, such as the Microsoft ODBC repository path on line 103 which is currently hardcoded to Ubuntu 20.04.
