Update for RPi SBC compatibility (with Unified)
Also change self.address to self.addr
I believe this removes confusion regarding the model_ID mentioned on L113. I skimmed past this in the docs and code because I didn't realise it changed the address
Changing "change_id" to "change_addr" to avoid confusion and adding multi-sensor info
