This change adds the rebloom feature to the Purple Forest app.

How to test

1. Create the new schemas on the DB.
2. Launch the app and log in.
3. Blooms not created by the logged-in user should have a rebloom button.
4. Click on the rebloom button and go to the logged-in user's profile.
5. The rebloomed bloom should appear in the list of blooms.
