### Fixed
- **Lower multi-window energy use** — Suspend polling and file watchers in
unfocused VS Code windows, then refresh immediately when the window regains
focus. This avoids repeating the same local scan in every Extension Host.
- **Quota failure throttling** — Back off repeated quota authentication failures
for up to one hour, while retrying immediately after Claude credentials
change.
