• 完成历史索引后，常规新增／追加日志不再反复显示“100% 补齐历史”；稳定的会话归属歧义保持为数据质量提示，不冒充新的后台工作。
• 持久 Codex 索引按日志来源、本地盐和数据时区隔离，避免共享扩展存储的实例轮流覆盖同一个缓存。旧单文件只在元数据证明归属后只读沿用；未变化日志不重读，旧输入不改动。
• 首次切换到新时区时，可沿用已证明同一来源的完整检查点，只定向迁移日期／小时，避免重新从零建立主历史。可选检查点读取有 16 个候选／256 MiB 的共享上限。
• 完成状态遇到真实覆盖率回退时重新续传；重建只处理当前索引，全部清除只覆盖精确索引文件族。安全错误码保留，路径、身份、对话内容不进入诊断或导出。
