docs: credit contributors and improve README discoverability - #117

• Rework the main README opening around local Claude Code and Codex usage, installation, privacy, and the current preview. Keep the v2.4 history visible and collapse older release sections; update all nine README editions.
• Credit all 46 public PR and issue authors through the reviewed v2.4.0 baseline. Separate merged PRs, issue reports, and unmerged proposals; correct the earlier mistaken attribution of PR Add Opus 4.6 and 4.7 models #14.
• Clarify per-change @author attribution for future release notes, keep the Release Drafter template, and add a repository-policy regression check.
• Improve the extension description and relevant Marketplace keywords. This PR does not publish a new extension version.
