Thank you, @CBID2! Your additional text for the directions is clear and will improve the transparency of the CONTRIBUTORS-GUIDELINES. It's important to take the goal of sharing thoughts seriously. I appreciate your contribution and have added a maximum limit of 500 characters to ensure consistency among contributors. Some have shared almost 500 characters before, so this limit should be fair for everyone. Thank you again!

This PR elaborates on Step #5 in the in the Contributing Guide. It'll help new contributors gain a better understanding of what to put as their goal.
