O2sim: Custom stepping + configurable geometry tracking cuts#1712

This commit is introducing the possibility to have tracking cuts based on geometry and other stepping status. Custom filtering is possible inside our overriden stepping function. Introducing a macro to compare information on hits, potentially usefull to judge if a tracking cut is not changing behaviour.
