This PR brings the following improvements to the HMPID digitization:

  • treatment of pad-crosstalk (necessitating some refactoring of Mathison functions in digit class)
  • treatment of labels
  • zero-suppression logic
  • correct calculation of total charge (ported from AliRoot, previously missing)
  • cleanup
  • using generic RootTreeWriter for digit and label output
